This tag can be used to approve the use of a scaffold. The back of the tag reads, "Daily Inspection Record," followed by a blank grid for entering the date and a signature for inspections. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole for fastening and a reinforced brass grommet for longer wear. The tag measures 6" x 3" (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
